OSAI is now expanding its business development & sales team. Reporting directly to the Sales Director, you will be expected to utilize existing business relationships.
What you'll be doing • Utilize existing relationships and develop new ones with relevant professional bodies, sports business agencies, and clients to unlock revenue opportunities. • Establish client’s objectives, create appropriate sales responses, pitch, effectively manage your day-to-day business relationships. • Meet and exceed quarterly/annual regional revenue targets. • Work with the Global Managing Director to structure and execute appropriate trade agreements with agencies and strategically-important clients. • Forge strong relationships with clubs, academies, leagues etc. to maximize sales opportunities. • Setup a call with potential clients, follow-up calls, and all activities related to business development & sales.
What you'll need • Experience in business development with a start-up mindset and keen interest in the sports and technology industries. • Proven ability to pitch and strong negotiation skills • Successful and proven track record in business development & sales. • An established network of sports industry contacts on local, regional and global levels. • An established network of sports academies, clubs, sports agencies, and clients. • A proven ability to successfully interpret client’s objectives, creating an aligned response and proposition. • A strong understanding of the sports media industry, current trends. • Experience in selling to local and regional agency teams. • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. • An ambitious, entrepreneurial and proactive mindset. • Excellent written and verbal English; a second language is beneficial. • Experience in selling sports is preferable. • Experience in selling SaaS products is preferable. • Love of sport, in general, is a bonus.
